Data collection

Data collection and objectives

 

The RBA Group collects personal data about all those who consult or browse the site. The data collected is necessary for the following : statistics compilation for audience measurement and marketing research.

 

Contact forms

 

Each form limits the collection of personal data as much as possible and clearly indicates:

– the reason for collecting the data (objective)
– whether the data is mandatory or optional in terms of processing your request
– who may be able to consult the data (only the RBA Group in principle)
– your ‘Data Protection’rights

The User must fill out all the form fields on the Site except those that are deemed optional. Optional data is collected by the RBA Group and enables the company to better understand the Site’s Users. All mandatory fields are marked, and the User must fill them in. Any missing mandatory information will lead to the non-validation of the form and the RBA Group will not be able to process these requests.

 

Data recipients

 

All data collected is for the use of the RBA Group.

The RBA Group does not sell or rent out personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

In addition, the RBA Group will not divulge personal information to third parties except if obliged by a government authority or regulatory body, in cases of judiciary requisition, subpoena or any other governmental or similar judiciary demand, or to establish or defend a legal request.

 

Right of access, right to rectify or delete

 

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, Users have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them. Users may expressly object to the processing of their personal data, in which case, please contact durand@rbagroupe.com

 

Data retention period

 

Personal data collected via the site’s contact form may be kept for a maximum of 12 months, after which it will be deleted.
